Custom software and AI products for agrifood

Your sector knowledge. Our engineering.

We turn an idea from the field, the plant or the cooperative into working software: designed, built and launched.

From a sketch on the kitchen table to a product in use.

Agritech SaaS

Software products sold to farms and food companies.

Internal tools

Custom applications for your team: batch records, quality, planning.

Customer-facing products

Tools you offer to your own customers, growers or members.

Concept to launch.

1

Product Definition

We define the problem, the user, and the MVP scope.

2

Design & Build

Our team designs the UX and builds the AI backbone.

3

Launch & Scale

We handle hosting, monitoring, and the initial launch.

What makes us different.

Not a dev shop

We think about the product, the sector and the AI architecture together.

Speed

Most products go from concept to MVP in 6–8 weeks.

Your IP

Everything we build belongs to you.

European DNA

Built in Brussels. EU-hosted. GDPR compliant.

What this looks like in practice

Illustrative scenarios. The figures are indicative and come from published results for comparable systems; your numbers depend on your volumes and your tools.

Traceability app for a farm cooperative

Situation
A cooperative of organic growers must prove, lot by lot, where a grain came from and what happened to it, for the organic certifier and for buyers who ask. Today that lives in binders and spreadsheets.
What we build
A lot-tracking app: each field, harvest and processing step gets a record and a QR code. An assistant answers the auditor's questions from the data and assembles the certification file.
Outcome
Audit preparation drops from weeks to a day, and a buyer scans a code to see the story behind the bag.

Batch tool for a malthouse or a brewery

Situation
Recipes live in one file, batch records in another, lab analyses arrive by email, and every customer asks for a certificate with their delivery.
What we build
One application holds the recipe, the batch record, the quality analyses and the customer certificate, with an assistant that drafts the certificate from the batch data.
Outcome
A certificate leaves with every delivery, and a question about a batch from two years ago takes a minute to answer.

Farm-data product for an agri-input or machinery supplier

Situation
A supplier of seed, feed or machinery holds years of field and usage data from its customers, and its advisers answer the same questions by phone.
What we build
We build an assistant on that data, offered to the supplier's own customers under its brand and hosted in the EU, with each farm seeing only its own records.
Outcome
Customers get an answer at the moment they need it, and the supplier offers a service its competitors cannot easily copy.

Built in Brussels, for companies across Belgium and the EU

Cresly is an AI studio based in Brussels. We work with agrifood companies of 1 to 100 people in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, in French, Dutch and English, and with farms, cooperatives and food producers elsewhere in the European Union.

Discovery happens on site or on a call, in your language. Your data stays on European infrastructure, and everything we deliver comes with the documentation the EU AI Act expects from you: what the system does, where a person decides, and how to switch it off.

Agrifood is the only sector we work in: from farm cooperatives to craft producers, we build the tools that make traceability, quality and ordering less manual, and we like products that start with one Belgian customer and grow from there.

How we price

No per-seat licences and no lock-in. You pay for the work, and you own what we build.

1

Discovery (fixed fee)

One to two weeks. We map where automation creates the most value and hand you a written plan with a fixed quote, whether or not you continue with us.

2

Build (fixed price)

A scoped system, connected to your tools and tested on real cases with your team. Most first projects go live in four to eight weeks.

3

Run and improve (monthly, optional)

Monitoring, model updates, new capabilities and a person to call. Cancel any month; the code stays yours.

Describe your process and we come back with a quote within a week.

Questions we hear most

How long does it take to build an AI product?

Most products go from concept to a working MVP in six to eight weeks. Discovery is a fixed fee and ends with a fixed quote for the build, so you know the total before you commit.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do. The code, the models' configuration, the data and the brand are yours, hosted in your own accounts. We keep nothing you would need to ask us for later.

Can you take over a prototype we already have?

Yes. We start with a review of what exists, tell you what can stay and what should be rebuilt, and quote from there.

Where is the product hosted, and does farm data stay in the EU?

On European infrastructure, in your own accounts, with monitoring and backups set up before launch. You choose the provider; we recommend one if you do not have a preference. When the product serves several farms or members, each one sees only its own records, and the data is never used for another customer.

What does the EU AI Act mean for a product with AI in it?

If the product makes decisions about people or talks to them, it comes with obligations: transparency, documentation, human oversight. We build these in from the first sprint and document the system so you can meet your provider or deployer duties without a second project.

Do you also do the design?

Yes. Product definition, user experience and interface design are part of the work; the same team designs and builds, so nothing is lost between a mock-up and the code.

Do you build products for small companies, or only for large processors?

Both, as long as the company has between 1 and 100 people. Many products start with one cooperative, one producer or one supplier who knows the problem from the inside. We do not work for large groups or multinationals.

Can the product connect to our ERP, accounting or farm-management software?

Usually, yes. A product rarely lives alone, so we plan the connections to your ERP, accounting package and farm-management software from the first week, and we tell you in writing which ones are possible before the build starts.

How does a product cope with seasonal peaks?

We test the product against the volumes of your busiest week before launch, and we release new versions outside harvest and peak production. A tool that fails in September is worse than no tool.
