What this looks like in practice

Illustrative scenarios. The figures are indicative and come from published results for comparable systems; your numbers depend on your volumes and your tools.

Order intake for a food wholesaler

Situation
A regional wholesaler supplying bakeries and restaurants receives most orders as WhatsApp voice notes, photos of handwritten lists and emails. Two people retype them into the ERP every morning before the cut-off.
What we build
An agent reads every message, matches products and quantities to that customer's own price list, flags anything ambiguous and posts a draft order for a ten-second review before it enters the ERP.
Outcome
Order entry drops from around eight minutes to under a minute per order, cut-offs are met, and the two people spend their mornings on customers instead of typing.

Member service for an agricultural cooperative

Situation
A cooperative's office answers the same questions from members every day: when is my delivery booked, what price did I get, where are my quality results, which form does the CAP paperwork need. The answers sit in the cooperative's own systems and documents.
What we build
An agent answers members by WhatsApp, email or the member portal from the cooperative's own data and documents, shows where each answer comes from, and hands over to a colleague when money or a dispute is involved.
Outcome
Routine questions are answered in minutes, also during harvest, and the office keeps its time for the cases that need a person.

Audit preparation for a dairy or a brewery

Situation
Before each audit (HACCP, organic, IFS or BRC) someone spends days collecting production records, cleaning logs and certificates, and discovers the gaps the week before.
What we build
An assistant assembles the audit file from production records as they are created, checks it against the standard's checklist and flags missing entries while there is still time to fix them.
Outcome
The file is ready when the auditor arrives, and gaps surface months earlier instead of the week before.

Built in Brussels, for companies across Belgium and the EU

Cresly is an AI studio based in Brussels. We work with agrifood companies of 1 to 100 people in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, in French, Dutch and English, and with farms, cooperatives and food producers elsewhere in the European Union.

Discovery happens on site or on a call, in your language. Your data stays on European infrastructure, and everything we deliver comes with the documentation the EU AI Act expects from you: what the system does, where a person decides, and how to switch it off.

Agrifood is the only sector we work in, so we know what a harvest week, an audit or a cold-room alarm at night means before you explain it. An agent that reads orders or answers a member's question is often the first thing we build.

How we price

No per-seat licences and no lock-in. You pay for the work, and you own what we build.

1

Discovery (fixed fee)

One to two weeks. We map where automation creates the most value and hand you a written plan with a fixed quote, whether or not you continue with us.

2

Build (fixed price)

A scoped system, connected to your tools and tested on real cases with your team. Most first projects go live in four to eight weeks.

3

Run and improve (monthly, optional)

Monitoring, model updates, new capabilities and a person to call. Cancel any month; the code stays yours.

Describe your process and we come back with a quote within a week.

Questions we hear most

What does an AI agent cost?

It depends on how many tools it connects to and how sensitive its actions are. Discovery is a fixed fee and ends with a fixed quote for the build, so you know the total before you commit.

Can an agent connect to our ERP, accounting or farm-management software?

Usually, yes. An agent works with what you already use: Outlook or Gmail, Teams, WhatsApp, Odoo, Exact Online, Billit, Teamleader, Google Workspace, your ERP, your farm-management software or a spreadsheet. If it has an API, an export or an inbox, an agent can work with it. During discovery we check each system and tell you in writing what can be connected.

What happens when the agent makes a mistake?

Every agent has guardrails. Actions that move money, send an external message or change a record can require a human approval, and every action is logged. You decide where the line sits and you can move it as trust grows.

Is this compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act?

Yes. We sign a data processing agreement and we deliver the documentation the AI Act asks of a deployer, including the notice your customers see when they are talking to an agent.

Do we own the agent?

Yes. The code, the prompts and the data are yours, running in your own accounts. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.

Do you work outside Brussels?

Yes. We work with companies in all three Belgian regions and remotely across the EU. Discovery can take place on site anywhere in Belgium.

Do you work with small farms or only large processors?

Both, as long as the company has between 1 and 100 people: family farms, cooperatives and small to mid-sized food and drink producers. We do not work for large groups or multinationals: their problems and their budgets are different.

How does an agent cope with seasonal peaks?

We design for the busiest week of your year, not the average one. An agent handles fifty orders or five hundred without extra staff, and we plan launches and changes outside harvest and peak production, so nothing new lands when you have no time.

Is our field and production data kept in the EU?

Yes. Data is stored and processed on European infrastructure, in your own accounts, under a data processing agreement. Field, herd and production data stay yours: we do not reuse them for other clients.
