Senior Project Lead
Full-time or FreelanceBrussels / Remote
You'll own client projects end-to-end — from discovery through delivery. You translate business problems into AI solutions, manage timelines, and make sure we ship systems that actually work.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from scoping to production deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
- Identify opportunities to expand AI adoption within client organizations
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, consulting, or technical delivery
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to business processes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data)
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong plus
Software & AI Engineer
Full-time or FreelanceBrussels / Remote
You'll build the AI agents, automation pipelines, and integrations that our clients depend on. We work with LLMs, APIs, and real business data — not toy demos.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents, workflows, and integrations using TypeScript and Python
- Integrate with client systems (CRMs, ERPs, communication tools)
- Build robust, production-grade systems with monitoring and error handling
- Collaborate with project leads to translate specs into working software
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript or Python skills; experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, AWS, or similar)
- Self-starter who can own features from design to deployment
